The elevator was out of order during my stay, which was incredibly frustrating. It left us feeling stuck and inconvenienced, especially when trying to manage our kids. Plus, the lack of bedding for the couch bed was a huge letdown, forcing us to improvise when it should have been provided.

Checking in was a pleasure with the staff's warm welcome. The room was spacious and featured modern amenities like a fridge and microwave, ideal for families. Breakfast stood out with a fantastic selection of hot items, and the pool area was clean and open 24 hours, a treat for late-night swims. Unfortunately, the elevator was out of service during our stay, which made navigating with kids quite challenging, limiting our outings and access to the pool. Parking was a bit tight too, which added to the inconvenience.

The room was spacious enough for my wife and me plus our 5 adult kids. The staff was super friendly, and we enjoyed the attached sports bar where the wings were decent despite being a bit pricey. Plus, having a fridge and microwave was great for late-night snacks!

My wife says that the elevator situation was frustrating. For families, it would be great if there were more dining options available on-site.

Service was on point , especially this breakfast attendant named Jesse who knew my name after just one morning. I loved the fact that the breakfast had real nice options , including hot items and a pretty solid selection of yogurt. The rooms were clean and spacious , a real plus for a large group.

It wasn’t exactly budget-friendly , but you know it was worth it in the end.

Great Stay with Perfect Breakfast Experience!

We enjoyed a comfortable night in a spacious Standard King Room, and the breakfast was exceptional with hot items and a variety of yogurt options. The staff was attentive, ensuring the dining area was clean and well-stocked throughout our stay. The overall ambiance was modern, making for a pleasant experience. However, the parking lot lights were quite bright and disrupted our sleep at night.

Right when we arrived, we were greeted by very friendly staff, which set a positive tone for our stay. The room was exceptionally clean, and I appreciated the option to open the windows for some fresh air. The attached restaurant we visited was open late and the staff there were very accommodating.

However, the elevator failure limited our mobility, particularly for my kids when retrieving food, and we felt somewhat confined without the ability to access the pool or dining outside the hotel easily.

i stayed for one night in a standard king room, and it exceeded my previous experience in willmar. the breakfast was impressive with a variety of hot items and fresh greek yogurt that really hit the spot. the room was clean, spacious, and quiet, making for a refreshing rest.
